-after Feb (May or August) 13 M
-Extension would not raise mileage - it would extend payment of current mileage
-equity
We are starting the process of separating the line items into layers.
Layer 1= most vital to district
It will be separated into a 1a and a 1b for more and less vital.
Layer 2 = important but not the most important
Layer 3= hasn’t been listed in either layer 1,2, or 4 (limbo)
Layer 4= possible to remove from list

What about concerns about another building being purchase (now that hayes is being pulled off of the table) What would happen to Jefferson, Taft and Wilson… what about the items be bond for there?
